Belarus: 02.02.2011 Urmas Paet: Whole EU must implement visa policy towards Belarus
Estonia and Lithuania plan to waive or reduce visa fees for the Belarusians.
Estonian Foreign Minister Urmas Paet said that the visa regime with Belarus must be facilitated by all EU member states.

Estonia already intends to introduce free visas for the citizens of Belarus. Lithuanian authorities want to start negotiations with Belarus on reducing consular fees (currently 60EUR) for long-stay D category visas, applicable for a stay longer than three months within a six-month period.
