Belarus: 03.02.2011 Free national visas to Estonia for Belarusians
The government of Estonia decided to help the citizens of Belarus and waived fees for national visas.
The Ministry for Foreign Affair of Estonia cancelled handling fees for long-stay visas (D) for Belarusians.

Visa facilitation concerning the entry to EU member states should strengthen civic society in Belarus and show them Estonian support and solidarity. Previously Poland and Latvia have decided on waiving visa fees as well.
