Western Balkan experts present accomplishments and failures in implementing the Roadmap (2008-2010) and eventually achieving visa-free travel to the EU countries. The document written by Group 484, “Serbia, example for Ukraine”, describes how the Serbian government was implementing the Roadmap in order to ensure visa-free travel to the EU for its citizens.
