The seminar is organised by Östgruppen and the Stefan Batory Foundation with the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Stockholm and the Embassy of the Republic of Hungary in Stockholm with the participation of MP Christian Holm, Polish ambassador Adam Hałaciński and Hungarian ambassador Gábor Szentiványi.
Panelists include Jakub Swiecicki (Swedish Institute for International Affairs), Olga Stuzhinskaya (Office for a Democratic Belarus), Joanna Fomina (Stefan Batory Foundation), Pierre Schellekens (European Commissions Representation in Sweden), Rafal Sadowski (Centre for Eastern Studies, Poland) and moderator Jon Fridholm(Östgruppen).
