Ukrainians will be granted a visa on the basis of either a ticket or a booking confirmation. The only cost of the visa will be an insurance fee. The hastened procedure of issuing visas for Euro 2012 will suspend the former requirements for Ukrainians: a certificate of employment, proof of income, copy of a credit card, copy of a ticket and confirmation of a hotel booking. Polish authorities agreed to abolish the EUR 20 fee for granting a visa.
Euro 2012 ticket holders can apply for the visa from 8 March 2012.
