EU Presents First Visa Liberalisation Report on Russia
The EU’s first progress report on the implementation of EU-Russia Common steps towards visa free short-term travel of Russian and EU citizens will be presented by the Head of the EU Delegation to Russia, Ambassador Vygaudas at a press-conference in Moscow on December 18th.
The Common steps are a “road map” that foresees detailed work towards visa free travel resulting in concrete actions agreed at the EU-Russia summit in December 2011. They include results of a number of expert missions held over the last two years.
A copy of the report will be made available at the press conference.
