Belarus May Get EU Visa-Free Talks in May
Latvian foreign minister Edgars Rinkevics told journalists that Belarus wants more dialogue and economic co-operation with the EU, which may get a positive response at an Eastern Partnership summit in May. “We could start visa liberalisation talks, as it would also address the civil liberties concerns we have,” he said.
