An EU-funded project aimed at enhancing professional contacts between Belarus and the EU is providing professional exchange and mobility opportunities to the EU for about 1,500 Belarusians, through a permanent call for applications until December 2017.

The MOST project targets the core sectors of culture, education and youth, science and technology, though applications from other sectors (e.g. economy, public health, energy, public administration, etc.) are also welcome.

MOST mobility actions to all 28 EU member states can be arranged in the following formats:

  • Small groups — short term (2 to 5 persons — up to 7 days).
  • Individuals — short term (up to 7 days).
  • Individuals — long term (internships/placements up to 4 weeks).

The project covers all expenses, such as travel, accommodation, subsistence, visa, insurance, and entrance fees.
